Thank you for booking at Santa Ana Star Casino Hotel!

We look forward to your visit and wanted to share some information as you prepare for your stay. With the latest sanitation technology, enhanced safety precautions in place, and a dedicated team committed to your safety and well-being, our priority is the health and safety of our guests and Team Members. With this in mind you can expect to see a few changes:

  • Guests and Team Members will be required to wear a facemask while on property, unless seated in a dining area.
  • Upon entering, guests will be asked to complete a single question survey and temperature scan.
  • Our new CARE Team will focus on cleanliness and sanitization throughout the casino and hotel.
  • Our gaming floor will encourage social distancing with thousands of plexiglass shields, limited seating on Table Games, sanitizing wipes at machines, new carpet, new handwashing stations and the entire gaming floor will be non-smoking. (Designated smoking areas have been added.)
  • All guests; hotel, dining and bowling, must be a New Mexico resident, a minimum of 21 years of age and hold a players club membership card. (Cards will be distributed upon entry.)
  • The Pool, Fitness Center, La Terraza, Starlight Bowling Center, Juniper Steakhouse, Cantina Rio, Lounge 54 and The Stage will remain closed until further notice.
  • Some services have been suspended, including alcohol service and sales, Valet, Shuttles and Dry Cleaning.
  • Please see the Front Desk to access the Business Center, which will be sanitized after
  • each use.
  • The Feast Buffet and Mesa Grille have been permanently closed and we are excited to bring you five new dining venues in the all-new Choices Food Court, each of which will open in phases.
