Seven Lions and Audien Set to Electrify The Stage
The Pueblo of Santa Ana, N.M. – April 14, 2016

The Pueblo of Santa Ana, N.M. – April 14, 2016 – Santa Ana Star Casino, New Mexico’s Best Bet, welcomes EDM (electronic dance music) DJs Seven Lions and Audien to The Stage on Friday, April 22. Doors open at 9 p.m.

Seven Lions, known by day as Jeff Montalvo, caught the attention of the music industry in 2012 after winning a Beatport remix competition with his dubstep-infused version of Above & Beyond’s “You Got to Go.” Effortlessly traversing the boundaries of trance, progressive and dubstep, his unique, genre-bending sound artfully combines the vibrancy of trance with the energy and intensity of bass music. His debut EP, “Days to Come,” reached No. 2 on the iTunes Dance Chart, and his follow-up EP, “Worlds Apart,” debuted at No. 1. In addition to touring alongside chart-topping EDM acts including Krewella and Porter Robinson, Seven Lions has also performed at music festivals including Electric Daisy Carnival, Ultra Music Festival, Electric Forest and Electric Zoo. Audien, whose real name is Nate Rathbun, began producing music when he was 15. His first single, “Rise and Shine,” was released in 2009 by Flashover Recordings, a label headed by legendary trance producer Ferry Corsten. Today, Audien is known globally for his soaring, euphoric sound and serves as a trendsetter in both trance and progressive music. His tracks have been featured in Armin Van Burren’s “A State of Trance,” Above & Beyond’s “Trance Around the World” and Tiesto’s “Club Life.” In 2015, he received a Grammy nomination for “Best Remixed Recording, Non Classical” for his remix of Bastille’s “Pompeii.”
